   去年的美食展因為有事沒參加到覺得好可惜嗎?佳餚太多來不及一一品嚐令你耿耿於懷嗎?沒關係!2013國際週美食展於4月22日開跑嘍!

   國際週美食展已經有超過八年的歷史。每一年都有愈來愈多的國家共襄善舉,規模與內容更加是愈發豐富和多彩。今年將會有十九個國家地區與我們分享他們的文化與食餚,至於購買食物的票券方面,今年的可口可餐券以五十元為單位,將會在4月15日至19日中午與傍晚時段於野台預售,更加會有各個國家的代表向大家販賣餐券與互動。

     今年共有五十五道美食與飲品,包括牛扒、特色烤餅乾、飯麵以及各式各樣的甜點與飲料,一定可以給你滿載而歸的感動與飽飽的滿足。

     你,想安坐清華就可嚐試各國特色小吃嗎?2013年4月22日晚上7點半至9點半,水木餐廳外停車場舉行的盛會是你唯一的機會!你還疑猶什麼?心動不如行動吧!


      Are you regretted about unable to join the food festival last year? Do you take it to heart while There is too many delicious dishes and you can’t try them all? It is ok, because 2013 International Week Food Festival is going to start!

    It is already the 8th year of the food festival, and there are more and more countries joining us to cooperate such a great project, the contents and scopes are more and more abundant . There is 19 countries sharing their foods and culture with us .the coupouns this year is unit with 50, and there is a pre-sell even at the wooden stage at noon and evening on 4/15-19,and there are representatives of every countries selling the coupouns and communicate with us .

      There are 55dished including delicious food and drinks, such as steaks,biscuits ,rice and noodles and various special dessert and drinks, I am sure you will have a wonderful and fully supplied satisfied.

      Do you want to try out different food of every countries just inside TsingHua, you only have one chance at 22/4/2013 at the suimu parking lot ,are you still hesitated? It is one or never !

Chicken Curry

   The main ingredients in this dish are chicken and curry. Curry powder, along with an array of other spices including masala powder,saffron, ginger and so on,aremixed to form a sauce to blend in with the chicken.

馬來西亞(Malaysia)

肉骨茶

   肉骨茶通常伴白飯或以油條蘸湯來吃。以醬油、碎紅椒和蒜蓉一起調味。各類中國清茶通常會隨湯奉上,相信可以清走豬肉的油膩。在馬來西亞,肉骨茶是一道典型的早點菜式。 

    Itis a Chinese soup popularly served in Malaysia, Singapore, MainlandChina and Taiwan (where there is a predominant Hoklo and Teochew community) and also, neighbouring areas like Riau Islands and Southern Thailand.
The name literally translates as "meat bone tea", and at its simplest, consists of meaty pork ribs simmered in a complex broth of herbs and spices (including star anise, cinnamon, cloves, dang gui, fennel seeds and garlic) for hours.[1] Despite its name, there is in fact no tea in the dish itself; the name refers to a strong oolong Chinese tea which is usually served alongside the soup in the belief that it dilutes or dissolves the copious amount of fat consumed in this pork-laden dish.
However, additional ingredients may include offal, varieties of mushroom, choy sum, and pieces of dried tofu or fried tofu puffs. Additional Chinese herbs may include yu zhu (玉竹, rhizome of Solomon's Seal) and ju zhi (buckthorn fruit), which give the soup a sweeter, slightly stronger flavor. Light and dark soy sauce are also added to the soup during cooking, with varying amounts depending on the variant - the Teochews version is lighter than the Hokkiens'. The dish can be garnished with chopped coriander or green onions and a sprinkling of fried shallots.
Bak kut teh is usually eaten with rice or noodles (sometimes as a noodle soup), and often served with youtiao / cha kueh [yau char kwai] (strips offried dough) for dipping into the soup. Soy sauce (usually light soy sauce, but dark soy sauce is also offered sometimes) is preferred as a condiment, with which chopped chilli padi and minced garlic is taken together. Bak kut teh is typically a famous morning meal. The Hokkien and Teochew are traditionally tea-drinking cultures and this aspect runs deep in their cuisines.

    The passed-down Nyonya Chinese desserts.These are sweet Chinese desserts sweet soups which are very rich in coconut milk and generously filled with cubed sweet potatoes and yam. You can be very versatile with this chinese traditional food recipe. If you do not like yam, you can instead 
replace it with the purple variant of 
sweet potatoes.

   緬甸繼承了英國人統治時的習俗喜歡喝下午茶,下午茶又會以拉茶為主,拉茶主要是因為它裡面放有馬薩拉調料。其制作方法是:先把水燒熱,加入立頓红茶和姜燒開开,再加奶燒開,最后放入馬薩拉調料。還可以將茶水在两只茶杯間来回倾傾倒,“拉茶”因而得名。

   撈撈是類似日本的冷麵,涼放後加入醬料及配菜而成。撈撈中全部都是冷食,每包配菜份量不多,但把各式小食倒進一小袋中,再加入醬料,使在一小包中有不同想要的味道。通常店家都會把每包放在雪櫃裏任君選擇,每次不同的組合會不同風味,而且價錢便宜,是不少港澳學生放學的小食佳選。
   Low-Low is a kind of chilled noodles which is similar to those in Japan, is popular snake between Hong Kong and Macau students. It is cold and mixed with different ingredients and a special sauce inside a little plastic bag, usually the ingredients are
put in an opened-refrigerator, and you can
choose the ingredients by yourself so

木糠布甸

   木糠布甸,是澳門常見的葡式甜品。木糠是指餅乾碎,布甸即是布丁。它是由奶油、餅乾等材料逐層冷凍而成的。餅乾碎與奶油多層分隔,口味豐富。這個甜點來自葡萄牙而但於澳門發揚光大。不少澳門的餐廳、餅店均售賣木糠布甸。
 
   Serradura is a dessert that came from Portuguese and finally became famous in Macau. It is put orderly by one layer of grinded cookie and then one layer of special cream and again one layer of grinded cookie and so on. It tastes rich and special, worth to try absolutely!






麥芽糖夾餅

   麥芽餅是港澳一種傳統街頭小食,但現時已不常見。做法是將竹筷子撩上麥芽糖再夾在梳化餅中,酥脆的梳化餅再加上麥芽糖纏綿不斷的糖絲,做成具獨特風味的麥芽糖夾餅。
 
   Maltose Crackers is a local snacks in Hong Kong and Macau, however, it is disappearing bit-by-bit. Using a stick roll up the maltose and sandwiched between crackers, crispy crackers mixed with lingering maltose, finally turn into a special snake.

凍菊蜜

奈及利亞(Nigeria)

Àkàrà (fried bean cake)

   阿卡拉(炸豆糕)是奈及利亞西南部Yorubaland的特產。它是由豆粉製作,而烹飪的方法是油炸。奈及利亞人通常在早餐和晚餐食用阿卡拉(炸豆糕);但是由於阿卡拉能提供足夠的能量和便於攜帶,在奈及利亞的建築工人一般會把阿卡拉當作午餐。

   Àkàrà (fried bean cake) is native to Yorubaland, in the South-Western part of Nigeria.It is made from grinded beans. The main cooking method in its preparation is frying.Àkàrà (fried bean cake) is usually served at breakfast and dinner, however some 
construction workers eat Àkàrà (fried
bean cake)at lunch because it is easy to
carry around without spoiling, and because
of its high-energy content.


Iyán (pounded yam) with Egusi (melon) Soup

   甜瓜湯Egusi配搭山藥餅Iyán 也是奈及利亞西南部Yorubaland的特產。
它是由山藥製作。首先,山藥會經水煮,然後,煮好的山藥會放到木盤或石盤搗碎。一般來說,奈及利亞人通常在會在午餐使用,但是也有一些族群喜歡以它作為早餐。另外,也有一些奈及利亞人認為Iyán是皇室食品。
   Iyán (pounded yam) is native to Yorubaland, in the South-Western part of Nigeria.It is made from yam. The main cooking method in its preparation is boiling.Thereafter,The yam is pounded heavily.Iyán (pounded yam) is usually 
served at lunch,however some ethnic groups
 also like to eat it for breakfast.
It is associated with multiparity (multiparous:
but I do not know of the scientific
validity of such association). Some
 people also consider Iyán as a royal food.


Môínmôín/Öölë (food made with black-eyed peas)

    MoinMoin/Öölë也是奈及利亞西南部Yorubaland的特產。它是由眉豆類製作。而MoinMoin/Öölë的主要烹飪方法是蒸。MoinMoin/Öölë通常是早餐和晚餐的食品奈及利亞。MoinMoin/Öölë一般有幾個種類,例如在節日時,奈及利亞人會提供的三種不同的MoinMoin/Öölë種類:包括阿卡拉(炸豆糕)是奈及利亞西南部Yorubaland的特產。它是由豆粉製作,而烹飪的方法是油炸。奈及利亞人通常在早餐和晚餐食用阿卡拉(炸豆糕);但是由於阿卡拉能提供足夠的能量和便於攜帶,在奈及利亞的建築工人一般會把阿卡拉當作午餐。
    有MoinMoin/Öölë配搭小龍蝦,MoinMoin/Öölë配搭肉什錦以及最普通的素菜MoinMoin/Öölë。

    Môínmôín/Öölë is native to Yorubaland, 
in the South-Western part of Nigeria.
It is made from beans. The main cooking 
method in its preparation is steaming.
Môínmôín/Öölë is usually served at breakfast 
and dinner. There are several varieties of
Môínmôín/Öölë. At the festival, we make 
available 3 main varieties:
[1] Môínmôín/Öölë with crayfish
[2] Môínmôín/Öölë with assorted meat
[2] Plain Môínmôín/Öölë (for vegetarians)
